The success story of Mr. Sanjeev Chauhan, founder of ANS Tempcontrol Engineers Pvt. Ltd. starts from late 1995, when he joined as a junior technician with a Blue Star service provider company. He made up his lack of any technical degree or much knowledge about the refrigeration industry with his zest for hard work, keen interest in learning and mastering various processes, and determination to excel. His honest hard work, excellent team work and go-getter image soon earned him laurels from colleagues and management. Blue Star engineer visiting the company from time to time started interacting with him and soon spotted the tremendous potential in the man.

During one of the interactions, Blue Star offered Mr. Chauhan company dealership. Such a prospect did not even cross his dreams since he could not have mustered the requisite capital for such a venture at the time. He highly thanked the Blue Star Executive for the trust and confidence evinced, but had to politely express his inability due to lack of adequate capital resources. Even so, Blue Star persisted, stating: "We are not interested in investors, rather we need hardworking people like you with hunger for work and you perfectly suits our requirement”.
And thus in 2000, Blue Star appointed his newly created firm “ANS Marketing” as a DSA, marking the start of a long unending journey in the field of cold rooms. For around a year, he continued the operations singe-handedly, from home, avoiding the overheads of office rent and manpower costs, to lay a solid foundation.
His sheer hard work coupled with God’s grace soon brought rich dividends and he inaugurated his first office in South Extension, New Delhi and started operating as a Blue Star service provider from there. After some time, he purchased a bigger office in Jangpura, New Delhi, and the operations, which were ever expanding, continued from there.
The honest hard work, coupled with timely and efficient execution, helped in establishing widespread reputation, trust and publicity in the market, resulting in fast expanding business operations. To ensure high quality of service and full client satisfaction, gradually more and more technicians, engineers, and office staff were added.
The continuously fast expanding business soon made space crunch felt. So, spacious premises in Shahdara, Delhi, were acquired to accommodate the growing staff strength, and operations shifted there. The firm “ANS Marketing” was converted into a private limited company with the name “ANS Tempcontrol Engineers Pvt. Ltd.”. Mrs. Indu Chauhan, a commerce graduate, also joined the company as a co-founder and co-director, sharing key responsibilities for company finances and accounts, and thus easing the growing burden on Mr. Sanjeev Chauhan.
The ANS team has since grown to over 100 and the all-round growth story continue unabated. In the years to come, the expanding operations in India and abroad, God willing, would witness continued momentum and further acceleration.
We qualified continuously for Gold Category award in 2015, 2016 and 2017; we attained All-India First Position. In 2022, we were honored by Blue star by declared us as Project Dealer.
